 Nick Offerman is an American actor, comedian, and woodworker. He is best known for his role as Ron Swanson in the television series "Parks and Recreation," which aired from 2009 to 2015.




Offerman was born on June 26, 1970 in Minooka, Illinois, and began his acting career in the late 1990s. In addition to his role on "Parks and Recreation," he has appeared in a number of films and television shows, including "The Founder," "Fargo," and "Childrens Hospital."
